Connections - Live & Local
The Episcopal Church, USA
The Episcopal Church strives to live by the message of Christ, in which there are no outcasts and all are welcome. Walking a middle way between Roman Catholicism and Protestant traditions, we are a sacramental and worship-oriented church that promotes thoughtful debate about what God is calling us to do and be, as followers of Christ.
Diocese of Olympia
In the Diocese of Olympia, we are people of God who proclaim boldly by word and action the reconciling Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are inclusive; we are growing and learning; we are stewards; we are evangelists; we are on mission; and we are the church in the world. The servant leadership style is one of consultation and collaboration, with ministry of congregations our primary focus.
Church of England

Located on every continent, Anglicans speak many languages and come from different races and cultures. Although the churches are autonomous, they are also uniquely unified through their history, their theology, their worship and their relationship to the ancient See of Canterbury.
Millennium Development Goals
In 2000, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were established to reduce, by the year 2015, the number of people who live in extreme poverty. Developed by the international community including leaders from 191 countries, the eight goals were endorsed by development institutions and religious bodies, and have galvanized unprecedented energy and effort. Each goal works toward alleviating poverty and disease by establishing targets that will directly improve people's lives.

The Episcopal Cafe'
The Cafe' is collaborative effort by more than two dozen writers and editors, and an ever-growing list of visual artists. Together, we aspire to create a visually appealing, intellectually stimulating, spiritually enriching and at least occasionally amusing site where Episcopalians and those interested in our church can read, watch, listen and reflect upon contemporary life in a context informed by faith and animated by the spirit of charity.
